Many years ago, when I studied with my spiritual Teacher desperately  wanting Enlightenment, Swami Chinmayananda said to me: " Bella, when you realize God,  you will just laugh and laugh and laugh and roll on the floor."

Then in 1985, I went to South India and there in Tiruvannamalai I met an old Sage by the name of Ram Sarat Kumar and at one point he looked at me and he began to laugh and laugh and laugh for several minutes, his belly shaking and at that moment I realized that my divine Self was a bundle of Divine Laughter and Great Joy!
I still feel that way.
